Recommended Read: ‘Tasting Beer’

We’ve just finished a recommended beer read – ‘Tasting Beer’ by Randy Mosher [Storey Publishing]. From Preface on (with a great suggestion that couldn’t be ignored – see below) the book explores the culture, chemistry, and creativity that make craft beers so complex and interesting.

By reading this book, and with a lot of practice on our own, we’re on our way to understand all the many things that come together to form the wonderfulness of a well-brewed – and thoroughly enjoyed – beer.
